Demi Vlachogiannis

Demi is a partner and founder of AIC Lawyers.

Demi holds a double degree, a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University. She was admitted into practise as a solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2000. Demi has practised in the law for over 20 years and has experience in litigation, commercial disputes and family law. Demi has experience working in large and boutique law firms and has acquired extensive skills in negotiation, advocacy, court appearances and enforcement proceedings.

She now leads the litigation team and specialises in insurance claims.

Demi can advise on the most challenging of situations, with a streamlined, expedient method. She has helped thousands of clients ensure they are fairly compensated for their loss and pursues claims against at fault parties and insurance companies. Throughout the course of her career, Demi has built trusted relationships with panel beaters, loss assessors, hire car providers and taxi clubs. This understanding of how the insurance system works and how vehicles are assessed, repaired, or written off, gives her a unique insight into the industry and allows her to ‘just take care of things’ for her clients, with little inconvenience and usually, at no cost to them.
